A: Our office and showroom are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Please note that we are closed on Sundays. Our service center follows the same schedule.

A: We welcome both walk-ins and scheduled visits. If you are just viewing a vehicle, scheduling is not necessary. However, if you would like to take a test drive, it is best to schedule in advance, as preparations may be needed to pull the unit from the lot, depending on its location.

A: Yes, we can source and import specific vehicles if they are not currently in stock. A non-refundable deposit will be required to begin the process and secure the vehicle on your behalf.

Buying Process

A: Yes, test drives are available by appointment.

A: Yes, we accept trade-ins depending on vehicle condition, value and market demand of the vehicle. Once assessed, we’ll let you know if we can apply it towards your purchase.

Financing & Payments

A: Absolutely! We work with trusted banks and credit unions to provide easy financing solutions. Reach out to us today and we’ll connect you directly with a loan officer to get started on your vehicle purchase

A: We provide all the relevant car related documents to make the loan process smooth, including: Proforma Invoice, Import Entry, Valuation Report and Certificate of Fitness.

A: We will need your name and address for the proforma invoice, the email address where you would like us to send the documents and indicate the specific vehicle you are interested in.

A: We accept cash, bank transfers, manager’s cheques, and debit/credit cards. Please note that manager’s cheques must clear before the vehicle can be released to you.

Vehicle Information

A: We primarily import our vehicles from Japan, while also sourcing from other countries, ensuring each one meets high standards of quality and reliability.

A: We offer a 3-month warranty on the engine and transmission, giving you peace of mind with protection on your vehicle’s most vital components.

A: Yes, every vehicle is thoroughly inspected and certified before being made available for sale, ensuring quality and reliability.

After-Sales Support

A: If any issues arise after your purchase, please feel free to contact us. We will gladly assist with any problems covered under the 3-month engine and transmission warranty. For matters outside of the warranty, customers would need to consult their personal mechanic for resolution.

A: Yes! Our service center is available to the public, and we welcome all customers for vehicle maintenance. Customers who purchase a unit from us will receive a discount coupon for their first service. Additionally, you can purchase service parts and other components required to keep your vehicle in top condition.

A: Absolutely! We have a range of parts and accessories available for purchase. Whether you need replacement parts, upgrades or maintenance items, we can provide what you need to keep your vehicle running smoothly.

A: Absolutely! If a part or accessory is not currently available, we can order it for you. Please note that customers are required to pay for the parts upfront, and this payment is non-refundable. Our team will provide an estimated delivery time and ensure it is the correct part for your vehicle.

A: We recommend following your vehicle manufacturer’s service schedule, typically every 5,000–10,000 km or as indicated in your owner’s manual. Our service center is also available for inspections, oil changes, and routine maintenance to keep your vehicle in top condition.
